THE PROCESS
From initial contact to completion and aftercare, we want you to have complete awareness of what's involved in the process of installing your stove. Here's a quick overview of how it works.
CONTACT US
Contact us either through the website contact form, email or phone and we will get the ball rolling.
SITE SURVEY
We will arrange a suitable time to come and inspect the area you would like your stove installed. This allows us start planning the job.
CHOOSING A STOVE
We will give you options based on the site survey of what will work in your area and more importantly what will look good!
QUOTATION
We will then get back to you with your complete quotation covering all the costs involved.
CONFIRM DATES
If you are happy with the pricing, we will then look to get you booked in at the next available date. Winter is our busier period so get in touch early if you'd like a winter install.
INSTALL
The team will arrive on the morning of the install to begin work. Typically the job will be complete in one day. More complex jobs can take slightly longer.
POST COMPLETION FOLLOW UP
One of the team will follow up to take you through starting your first fire and to make sure you are completely happy with the work carried out.
MAINTENANCE
Your chimney will need swept around every 12 months, depending on usage. This should typically be done in the summer so that you are ready when the Scottish winter hits.
